Teaspoon x Costco
Led the launch of Teaspoon gift cards in 17 Costco warehouses across Northern and Central California. Managed every step from coordinating with Costco, overseeing creative design for the palettes, to tracking sales and depletion, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
BayFC x Teaspoon x Visa
Coordinated a special AANHPI Month activation with BayFC’s 2024 rookie squad during their inaugural season, featuring Maya Doms introducing boba to teammates experiencing it for the first time. As part of a Visa-sponsored series highlighting local businesses, I facilitated the contract, managed production, and ensured all sponsorship requirements were met.
Boba’s First Hockey Partnership
Managed a year-long partnership between Teaspoon Boba and the Ontario Reign, the LA Kings' minor league team. Oversaw game activations, lucky row giveaways, and drink sampling stations, introducing the brand and boba category to a new audience.
Kitchentown Startup Showcase
The future of food gathered together under one roof at Kitchentown’s pilot facility in SF. I led all event planning and organization bringing over 25+ food and beverage startups together to showcase their cutting edge products for press, investors, and the food community at large.
FWEEDOM
Proud to be a part of the team that conceptualized, planned, and executed the celebration of the first day of legal adult-use cannabis in the state in California (1/1/18). We offered giveaways and prize packs to the first 100 people in line and had over 500 people in line hours before opening.
Slacker Wines
Created a sub-brand at Linne Calodo Cellars, Slacker Wines, a lifestyle-focused sub-brand that resonated with younger consumers, elevating market share and brand visibility. Partnered with photographer Philip Andelman to create one-of-a-kind labels.
Linne Calodo x Post Ranch
Led the coordination of an exclusive dinner featuring Chef Jon Cox of Big Sur’s iconic Sierra Mar at the Post Ranch Inn. Sourced local ingredients for the meal, collaborated with the winemaker to curate wine pairings, and managed the hospitality team for seamless service. Additionally, oversaw the invitation list, selecting guests based on purchase history and brand engagement. It helped the winery establish itself as an intimate event space for high-end, culinary driven gatherings.
Linne Calodo Harvest Party
Led and developed the event template for the Linne Calodo Harvest Party, a longstanding celebration in Paso Robles wine country. Designed for an earlier party for wine club members and an epic after party for the industry, this event honors the most crucial time of year in winemaking. I elevated the experience by bringing in notable musicians and chefs, creating an unforgettable celebration that continues today.
Dewars White Label x Shepard Fairey (Studio Number One)
Collaborated with Dewar’s (part of the Bacardi portfolio) and Shepard Fairey’s Studio Number One on a year-long initiative to reposition and rebrand this heritage brand. Spent time in key markets - NYC, LA, Austin, Portland, and, Seattle to launch the brand via Fairey’s iconic murals and experiential events.
